Commentary on Lee County Active MLS Listings:
The Lee County Condominium Active MLS Listings are showing positive signs again. As the graph indicates, MLS single family and condominium Active Listings have reduced in number this month. Although there is still quite a way to go to get back to a reasonable listing to sales ratios, at least the trend toward a reduction in the number of listings is a positive one. For the month of September in Lee County there were 793 single family and 144 condominium sales which indicates a 16.1 month supply of single family houses and a 36.7 month supply of condominium units.
